Monica Thomas
Executive Producer/AI Consultant
Monica makes ambitious creative work actually happen. An Executive Producer and operations leader with more than 15 years across account services, project management and media production, she knows how to turn big ideas, tight timelines and complicated logistics into work that lands. As Marketing Operations Resource Manager for TeamPeople, Monica leads external resourcing, staffing strategy and client partnerships while pushing AI-driven tools into smarter creative workflows. Her experience includes work for USAA, SWBC, UnitedHealthcare, SXSW Interactive, AARP and the City of San Antonio. She brings order to the chaos, keeps the vision intact and makes execution look effortless.
Joe Ashe
Editor/Colorist
Joe Ashe is a seasoned editor and colorist who knows how to turn raw footage into work that feels polished, purposeful and built to connect. His career includes roles with 1080 Inc., Region C, Rooster Teeth and USAA, where he currently works in video post-production. Along the way, Joe has contributed to projects for Netflix, Max, Apple TV+, YouTube, Meta, Microsoft, Sony Pictures, the NFL, Nissan, Xfinity, Deloitte, YETI and Baylor College of Medicine. With a sharp eye for story, color and detail, Joe brings technical precision, creative instinct and a steady hand to every frame.
Kalen Thomas
Production Specialist
For 18 years, Kalen has built a career around one goal, telling stronger stories. As a director, editor and multidisciplinary creative, he shapes ideas from concept and script through production, post, animation, visual effects and virtual production. His career includes roles with 1080 Inc., Interlex Communications and H-E-B Corporate Communications, where he currently serves as a Senior Multimedia Producer. With select work spanning National Geographic, History Channel, Whataburger, SWBC and Del Monte Produce, Kalen sees the full picture, solves problems before they become limitations and knows when and how to use the right tools to make the work hit harder.
